Whatever its merits, and they are few, the IPCC 2013 Summary for Policymakers attracted rather less interest than the IPCC reports of 2007. While there were news stories on the release date the fact is that the number of searchs strongly suggests (95% confidence level) that interest in the whole global warming thing is waning.
Which, of course means that the issue will be pushed down the political agenda.
